How *NOT* to Add assemblies to VS's Add References Dialog

First method is not endorsed and should NOT be used, however the registry way (.NETFramework\AssemblyFolders) *is* the endorsed way to register common assemblies.

My take on Virtualization and Virtual PCs.
What's the real truth of virtualization? Its the fact that we're all tired of our PC's failing on us. Blue screens, viruses, patches, Internet Explorer BHO conflicts, everything. Its a systemic problem introduced by our friends at Microsoft. I specifically blame the registry. Why? Well considering that I was playing with Windows 95 the day of the launch, and the registry became corrupted kinda spoiled my grandeur. They made the registry a central repository for lots of meta data. Except it was prone ......

DataFormatString issue resolved... HtmlEncode="false" is required.
An update on my DataFormatString issue: According to raj kaimal and Hannes Preishuber, you HAVE to add HtmlEncode=”false” with the DataFormatString attribute. It was considered to be a security issue about cross-site scripting. So we're having security issues with Numeric and Date Time fields now? (Excuse my sarcasm, but this is getting out of hand.) ......
